Levi Haros

Levi Haros is a sophomore studying business at The W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.  His many accolades include: being a New American University Scholar, Wildcat Excellence Award Recipient, and The Dr. Stuart Chase-Coy Student-Athlete Activity Award Recipient. He is currently serving his second Assistant Project Manager internship in New York City with Vanguard Construction & Development, managing complete office renovations on streets such as Park Avenue and 14 Penn Plaza. He enjoys discussing the importance of higher education and he’s excited to mentor others towards a successful future!

Mandy Morgan

Mandy is a senior at Missouri State University studying Professional Writing and Journalism. She is a member of the executive board for R.E.A.L. Bears, an organization oriented on maintaining strong relationships between students and alumni at Missouri State University. She enjoys networking opportunities and welcoming alumni throughout the year. She plans to attend graduate school at Missouri State University, hoping to receive a master’s in Professional Writing and freelance her articles to magazines. In the meantime, she is eager to share her thoughts on empowering youth.

Maria Keller

Maria Keller is a freshman at Orono High School and lives in Plymouth, Minnesota. Maria began Read Indeed, a 501c3 literacy organization, when she was 8 years old. Her original goal was to collect and distribute 1 million books to kids in need by the time she’s 18. She accomplished this goal 5 years ahead of schedule, at the age of 13. Now she wants to distribute books to all 50 states in the U.S. and every country in the world. Having donated more than $4 million in books, Maria has touched the lives of hundreds of thousands of children.


Marissa Vessels

Marissa is a junior at the University of California, Berkeley where she is studying political science and public policy. Currently, she does lots of different work around Berkeley: She is a a Girl Scout troop leader and Bonner leader, she runs a nonprofit organization, interns for an environmental nonprofit, serves on the Youth Service America youth council, manages the Outreach committee for Berkeley Dance Marathon, and is the Head of Sustainability for Berkeleyʼs Panhellenic Council. Marvin Mathew

Marvin is a senior at the University of Maryland studying Government & Politics. He is currently one of 30 commitment mentors worldwide for President Clinton’s Clinton Global Initiative University and a Scholar with Opportunity Nation working on public policy to increase social and economic mobility in America. He enjoys the intersection of philanthropy, community, and government. He aspires to attend law school some day, but, in the meantime is excited to share his thoughts with you on empowering youth.

Matt Langley

Matt is a senior at Truman State University where he is studying Public Communication. He is also on the soccer team. His passions in life are soccer and music in which he uses to try to connect to others through.  He thoroughly enjoys volunteering and is excited about spreading that joys to others through helping them find volunteering opportunities as well. 

Megan Mitchell

Megan is a senior at Mother of Mercy High School. She is the co-founder of a service club, CinciServes, where the goal is to share the spirit of volunteering. Megan did an internship this past summer with planning the region's largest one day student-run service event, Step Up Cincinnati. At her internship, she learned a lot about different non-profits in her area and their missions. Megan hopes to use this knowledge in future projects and she very much looks forward to sharing her passion for service with others!
